What if my boiler is old or an unusual brand?

On Call is available for boilers under 15 years old that are a mainstream brand — Worcester, Ideal, Vaillant, or Baxi. If your boiler is older or a different brand, The Checkup is the perfect starting point. I'll service it, check its condition, and we can discuss upgrading your plan from there.

Do I get a free service when I sign up?

Your first service is booked and paid for separately. Sign up to a care plan on the day and you'll get 30% off. From year two, your annual service is included — no extra charge.

Can I cancel?

Yes. No contracts. No tie-ins. No penalty fees. You can cancel anytime. That's the whole point — you're not locked in. If you're not happy, you leave. Easy as that.

Is this insurance?

No. This is a service plan. You pay a monthly fee, and I come out once a year to service your boiler and check it's safe. There's no claim process, no excess, no small print. It's straightforward. You get what you pay for.
