Steven and Kyle arrived when they said they would, were polite and tidy and were willing to answer all my silly questions.  The online booking was easy to use and we will see them again next year!

I gave Steve a call in the morning as boiler bar was reading 3 bar. He came out later that day & within 5 minutes job done. Great customer service as usual. job done. Wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Saturday 23rd December,  you wake and your boiler and hot water are not working... Stephen was an absolute angel, answering his phone, helping to diagnose the issue over the phone, and advising me what part I could buy for a proposed Christmas Eve fix. I bought the required part (thank you screwfix for being open) and Stephen found an hour to ensure we were heated and hot water available. From call to working hot water was less then 4 hours. I 100% recommend,  Stephen is my go to for all things boiler related here on in. 5 stars does not cover how much his kindness today reflects his business professionalism.

Just had Steven and his colleague out to service our boiler. After so many problems with tradespeople, these guys were a breath of fresh air: turned up on time; tidy; and efficient. I'd say they were ever so slightly more expensive (less than 10% of other quotes) but this was absolutely worth it for the service.
